Outdoor Paving & Landscaping
Exterior stone applications must be resilient against the elements: freeze-thaw cycles, direct UV exposure, and heavy weathering. Our outdoor paving solutions prioritize safety and longevity without compromising the organic beauty of natural stone.
Engineering for the Elements
Unlike interior stone, exterior paving requires high thermal stability and low water absorption (<0.5%). Granite remains the premier choice for landscaping due to its igneous formation, which provides superior resistance to environmental erosion and chemical pollutants.
For pool decks and walkways, we provide specialized traction finishes. Our Flamed (火烧面) and Bush-hammered (荔枝面) treatments create a non-slip crystalline texture that remains safe even when wet.
Custom Formats for Modern Landscaping
We provide a variety of formats to suit diverse design requirements:
- Pavers & Setts: High-thickness (30mm-50mm) units for driveways and load-bearing walkways.
- Coping & Steps: Custom-profiled edges for pool surrounds and terrace transitions.
- Flagstones: Large-format natural slabs for a more organic, rustic path aesthetic.
Recommended Exterior Materials
- G684 Flamed Granite - A fine-grained black basalt granite with a naturally non-slip surface. One of the most specified materials globally for outdoor paving, pool surrounds, and terrace coping.
- Basalt & Bluestone - High-density volcanic stones ideal for modern, dark-toned landscaping.
- Ancient Wood Grain - A textured fossil stone that adds millions of years of character to garden feature walls.
Installation & Durability
To prevent salt-efflorescence and biological growth, we recommend the use of high-quality adhesive beds and periodic sealing. All of our landscaping stone is shipped in fumigated wooden crates, ensuring compliance with international agricultural shipping regulations.
