Custom Fabrication

Precision cut-to-size from DXF/CAD files. Our facility features high-pressure waterjet cutting (300-320 bar) for sintered slabs and CNC profiling for bespoke furniture, including 16-grid wine cabinets and nested coffee tables.

Material Specialization

Extensive stock of Summerly Quartz, DXW Terrazzo, and Sintered Slabs in 9mm, 12mm, and 20mm thicknesses. We also offer specialized mosaics in glass, shell (Mother of Pearl), and 3D metal finishes.

Protection & Sealing

All natural marble and sandstone receive professional-grade waterproofing and anti-fouling treatments before export. We provide specific maintenance guides for each material type to ensure long-term durability.

Free Sample Service

Physical samples (10x10cm or 15x15cm) dispatched within 3–5 business days. We cover DHL costs for standard sets so you can verify color and texture before bulk commitment.

Technical Inspection

Rigorous QC checking for caliber, flatness, and vein continuity. For sintered slabs, we monitor cutting speeds (≤200mm/min) and arc entry to prevent edge stress, ensuring perfect installation.

Global Logistics

Reinforced export packaging using fumigated wooden crates and foam-lined cartons. Full documentation provided, including CO, PL, Invoice, and optional SGS reports for all major ports.

  • T/T: 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance before shipment
  • L/C: at sight accepted for orders above USD 30,000
  • Others: Western Union / PayPal for sample orders

Common Questions

Tiles: 100 sqm per order. Slabs: 30 slabs. For mixed-stone project orders, we are flexible — send us your full material list and we will advise accordingly.

Standard orders ship in 15–25 days from deposit receipt. Rush orders may be available depending on current production capacity. Sea freight adds 25–35 days to most destinations.

We send physical samples before every bulk order at no charge. For slab projects, we photograph each slab individually before packing so you can approve the exact pieces going into your container.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance due before shipment. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 30,000. We can discuss other arrangements for long-term partners.
